Guppy's Early Learning Centre - Thornlands

4.9(73)✓ Google-verified

Most families report their children thrive at Guppy's Thornlands, with staff remembering each child's name and building genuine relationships. Educators actively teach, communicate daily beyond apps, and create a warm, nurturing space where children consistently ask to stay and return eagerly. Older concerns about supervision and bullying surface in a small handful of reviews from over two years ago; current feedback shows strong support for special needs inclusion and a family-oriented approach that contrasts sharply with staff turnover at other centres.

Many parents report genuinely warm transitions and engaged educators who form real connections with children. However, a significant minority describe serious gaps: sporadic parent updates, safety worries, and a yard too large for staff numbers to manage safely. The centre's built environment and meals impress, but consistency in duty of care divides experiences sharply.
